IBM - Rational, 2-5 years of Experience

Technical Environment
Java, Oracle, Business Objects, IBM's Rational RequisitePro  

REQUIRED SKILLS: IBM Rational Tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expertise and experience in managing requirements in IBM's Rational RequisitePro tool and in managing integration with other IBM tools.
Set-up and manage requirements within the RequisitePro tool and generate and maintain requirements traceability
Integrate with Rational ClearQuest to track and manage change requests and associated requirements to enhancements and defects
Configure Rational Quality Manager and Rational Functional Tester to load and manage test cases and test scripts for automated testing
Integrate testing with RequisitePro to manage traceability between requirements and test cases to help ensure complete test coverage for all requirements
Integrate Rational ClearCase with Rational Functional Tester for version control
Integrate Rational Functional Tester for testing web applications, terminal based testing, Java and .NET applications
