Job Title: PeopleSoft QA

Duration: 6 Month

Loc: Atlanta,Georgia

Interview process: Phone Interview and Skype Interview

 

mandatory Skills: 

• PS 9.1 Financials exposure from a QA perspective a must. AP, GL, AR, KK, P2P
  
• Advanced roll 5+ years of PS QA
  
• Will be involved in training and ensure testing procedures are executed properly 

 

Job Description

Performs complex duties in the area of Quality Assurance. Performs analysis on current projects or programs to review quality levels and defines necessary improvements in the existing quality management framework. Collects and organizes data and prepares reports. May serve as lead worker and/or supervise lower staff.

Job Responsibilities

1. Documents underlying trends, irregularities and possible causes of problems in quality

2. Evaluates data for quality, completeness and correctness

3. Performs validation of project deliverables to ensure adequacy

4. Documents Quality Assurance reviews in line with the SAO Project Methodology

5. Develops and implements systems and processes to establish and maintain records for project and operational Quality Assurance, and identifies and implements improvements identified

6. Creates and manages the Quality Management Plan

7. Identifies training needs and collateral, providing guidance and training to customers or less experienced staff

8. Supervises the creation of plans and facilitates the daily operation of Quality Assurance checks

9. Provides high-level customer service and program information or materials to internal and external customers or clients

10. Prepares and delivers Quality Assurance reports, analysis and provides recommendations to improve Quality Standards

11. Understands, adheres to and champions SAO Project Methodology and SDLC

12. Performs job responsibilities with minimal supervision

13. Serves as the Quality Assurance expert and organization resource

14. Conducts and coordinates research in Quality Assurance, to support strategic and business planning and project management

15. Manages the project defect resolution process

16. May supervise staff

Entry Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, quality assurance or a related area OR six years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst

Six years of experience as a PeopleSoft Financials Auditor (including experience of PeopleSoft Financials 9.0 or higher)

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst (5+ years)

ASQ Quality Assurance Auditor Certification

Supervisory experience
