Candidates should have experience, and at least one of the following should apply:

• Experience in performing quality assurance tasks.
  
• Experience in the development and execution of Software Test Plans and Scenarios.
  
• Experience with Performance and Stress testing using performance testing software.
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational JAZZ for testing.
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational Performance Tester (Version 6.0 or higher).
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational Functional Tester (Version 6.0 or higher).
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational Manual Tester (Version 6.0 or higher).
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational Clear Quest (Version 6.0 or higher).
  
• Experience in using IBM Rational Clear Case (Version 6.0 or higher).
  

Please note that our client does allow Skype/remote interviews.  However they reserve the right to require an in-person interview.
