Job Description

• Job Responsibilities

Senior level systems engineer needed to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile development environment to guide technical teams as the SME.

• Responsible for the analysis of specific customer requirements, business use cases, test considerations and Epics/User stories for the Discovery and Reconciliation product
• Feature level Point of Contact (POC) towards development teams and possibly other business units.
• Lead one or more requirements gathering and analysis efforts
• Working closely with the business to align feature priorities across a project
• Self directed work style, provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experience professional staff
• Effective teamwork, organization skills in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, agile environment.
• Required
• Analysis of products and solutions specifically in the Telco OSS/BSS domain.
• Understanding of Inventory and Service Fulfillment processes and flows
• Coordinating and communicating customer requirements internally to the development and test teams
• Effective communication skills to discuss business requirements with product management and to internal and external customers
• Ability to discern patterns, leverage existing requirements/design work
• Understanding of Agile processes and development of requirements from Business Use Cases to Epics to User Stories
• Understanding of SDLC, interlocks with upstream/downstream functions and quality measurements of work products
• 6+ years related experience
