Role: Lead Functional Oracle HRMS Lead consultant In NY

Location : NYC, NY
Duration : 6+ months

 

Client is seeking a Senior Functional Oracle HRMS Lead consultant for a 6+ month contract in New York, NY. Our client is looking for a Lead Functional Oracle Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) Consultant to perform enhancements and customizations to their current HRMS Suite.  They are running Oracle EBS R12 and the position requires the ability to perform requirements gathering, documentation, and support implementation of Oracle eBusiness HRMS applications. This position requires experience with designing global HR solutions, including Self-Service, Benefits, and Time and Labor.

Responsibilities

·         Formally gather and document business requirements functional from client

·         Perform and document requirements mapping to software

·         Perform and document gap analysis for requirements

·         Develop solution for client using Oracle HRMS

·         Document solution for Oracle HRMS using Oracle AIM

·         Implement Oracle HRMS solution for client

·         Test Oracle HRMS solution

·         Document processes and procedures for Oracle HRMS

·         Train client super user to use Oracle HRMS

·         Build relationships with client

·         Business Process Improvement

·         Change Management

Qualifications/ Requirements

·         10+ years of Oracle Consulting preferably in HRMS

·         Minimum of 6 years of demonstrated success leading an implementation of Oracle HRMS

·         Minimum of 4 full life cycle projects with Oracle eBusiness HR, Benefits, Time and Labor

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to manage a small team and work within a team structure

·         Ability to multitask and appropriately manage the priority of issues

·         Ability to engage with senior client team members

·         Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational skills
