Job description:

·         Working experience of IBM Cognos ICM software, implementation, troubleshooting techniques, and security concepts.

·         They can support variable incentive compensation solutions by deploying and implementing IBM Cognos ICM in an enterprise environment. 

·         Automate the process of administering, calculating, reporting and analyzing variable-based pay programs.

·         Using Cognos ICM for increasing accuracy, reducing costs and improving visibility into sales performance and compensation plans

·         Knowledge of MS SQL databases
