Web and client-server application development experience, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation, and support

Oracle

Oracle SQL tuning

.Net (MS)

ASP.NET

SQL

Experience with Oracle PL/SQL

Business knowledge of Wisconsin's Unemployment Insurance Program

Documenting requirements

Experience as a developer in large, very complex organization

In-Depth Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle Deliverables for each Phase of Development

IT Technologies - skills, concepts

Requirements analysis

Requirements gathering

User test, System test, and User Acceptance test plans
