Job Title: webMethods Developers / Sr Developers

Work Location: Massachusetts (MA) / Colorado (CO)

Role webMethods Developers / Sr Developers

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 4 - 10 Years of experience in Webmethods components design, development and support. Recommended to have sound knowledge and experience in Core Java, JavaScript, Webmethods Integration Server, Web Services, J2EE, Spring, IBM MQ and PL/SQL.

Roles and responsibility components including troubleshooting and bug fixing

• Requirement Analysis and clarifications with customer's Tech Leads, Architects and Business Users

• Provide deployment support as needed

• Coordination with the end user/customer contact points

• Identify recurring issues/alerts and conduct root cause analysis

• Attend meetings with customer and project team as needed for project requirement

• Update knowledge database and train support team

• Review code and code documentation

• Coordination with QA team

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with customers and team members clearly and effectively across multiple locations

• Relevant technical certifications are strongly encouraged

• Good to have understanding of the retail domain

• Strong customer communication skills

Total experience in required skill (years) 4 yrs

Work Location FRAMINGHAM, MA or BROOMFILED, CO
