Minimum 8 yrs of IT experience with data modeling background

Expertise in using  Data Modeling tools : ERWin / Sybase Power Designer
Having sound experience on OLTP Data Modeling approaches

Experience in designing Conceptual, Logical(ER model) and Physical data models

Experience in designing normalized models in 3NF

Experience in identifying Gaps in existing data model w.r.t current requirements
Having hands on exp on SQL Server, T-SQL
Having very good P & C Insurance and TPA domain knowledge

Experience on "Data Vault/OLAP" modeling will be an added advantage
