Job Description:

a.        A technical architect with minimum of 7-8 years of industry expertise of executing multiple integration projects involving IBM Websphere suite of products.

b.       Experience in handling integration projects where integration artifacts are designed and developed by teams spread within and outside the enterprise

c.        Ability to create and expose

                           i.      custom integration patterns and

                          ii.      Template Integration Projects

to standardize and expedite development process

d.       Should have atleast 2-3 years hands-on experience developing integration solutions in Cast Iron and WMB/MQ

e.       Should have good knowledge about development, runtime, artifacts and deployable in Webpshere Message Broker & Cast Iron

f.         Ability to take complete ownership of the end-to-end integration solution and meet the deliverable milestones

g.        Shall be responsible for having technical discussions with external stakeholders gathering requirements and converting them to design artifacts.

h.       Strong interpersonal skills to successfully work with both internal business and IT colleagues

i.      Ability to coordinate work among multiple teams and drive results.
