Job Description:- -

 

Lead Developer
If you have a specifialized resource, i.e. Oracle SOA, Fusion, oracle soa/OSB.
Experience in SOA technology adapters, Oracle fusion Middleware 11g and Java Server Faces Frameworks

Developer Resources will be working within Optum Technologies to support the enhancements, revisions and configuration Healthcare Exchange projects

Working with and will be based in the NJ Delivery Center team, with 100 + resources in Basking Ridge NJ. Postion requires travel and working remotely at client locations such as Boston, Vermont and Hawaii as needed.

Top responsibilities for this position:
• Resources will be a senior-level resource on the team with responsibilities across assessing, designing, developing and testing commercial healthcare software applications.


• Resources will work with business analysts and stakeholders for assessment phases as well as to flesh out project requirements and high-level system specifications, such as diagrams, data modeling and object-oriented design
.

Top responsibilities for this position:
• Resources will be a senior-level resource on the team with responsibilities across designing, developing and testing healthcare software applications. To support HIX projects
• Resources will work with system analysts to flesh out project requirements and design high-level system specifications, as well as QA resources to assist with test prep and test execution.

What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
• 8+ years development experience with Java, JavaScript, Spring, JSP, & Oracle
• 8 + years development experience with J2EE application servers WebLogic, JBoss or WebSphere
• Hands on experience with JEE application deployment technology.
• Thorough knowledge with JEE application platform configuration and performance optimization
• Hands-on development experience using Java, oracle software stack
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Healthcare Payer domain expertise is highly desirable but not required

Experience with Oracle SOA Suite a plus
Ability to work in a team along with remote team, other teams as well as manage team of developer resources
Strong communication, influencing, networking to interface with business and other stakeholders

What skills/attributes are nice to have?
• Prior experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting of Java applications,
• Client facing - demonstrated strong communication skills
