L3 IPT Engineer
Either of the following locations: NYC / Peapack, NJ / Collegeville, PA

L3 IPT Resource:
Required - SIP exp & Cisco IPT exp .
• Provides daily design support for IPT Voice and Collaboration Services in the client global infrastructure.
• Develop designs for Day 2 operations supporting identification and resolution for network events.
• Support relationships with key upstream IT delivery organizations (IP Services, application support, etc.).
• Voice Traffic Engineering for IPT and Collaboration Capacity and performance analysis for LAN, MAN and WAN utilization.
• Business As Usual (BAU) network software and hardware maintenance projects to meet IPT and Collaboration architecture and service goals.
• Support service quality metrics.
• Provide technology leadership to other members of network team
Industry Knowledge:
• IP Telephony Standards
• MS Collaboration Standards
• Call Center CTI Standards
• Computer Networking
• Fiber Optics
• LANS/WANS
• Switches – Cisco Catalyst platform (VLANs, trunking)
• Wiring Standards
• Protocols OSPF, BGP, EIGRP and other related technologies (Multicast, IP Video and IP Telephony).
• CCIE skill level requested
• UCCX experience is required
• UCCE is a BIG plus.
