Job Description:
Excellent hand on experience using industry-standard performance test tools (HP Load Runner, WebLoad, Rational Performance Tester etc.) - Define performance testing scope, approach, risks, and assumptions - Knowledgeable of Project Management practices like project planning, integrated project control, risk management and quality management - Strong knowledge on scripting languages - Very good experience in Analyze test result and make decision on the basis of those results - Identify, Debug and clearly articulate Performance software defects
