DETAILS OF THE REQUIREMENT
Role	Cognos Admin
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills	This position will require experience with Cognos 10 as an Administrator working with configuring the system, handling upgrades and PMRs from IBM Cognos, adding and supporting users, troubleshooting the Linux Cognos environment. Additional responsibilities could include making Framework Model changes and building PowerPlay cubes. Additional support of some of our other tools could also be added to this position's responsibilities.
Roles and responsibility	1) Setting up and installing the system landscape 2) Managing the system landscape and the corresponding transport landscape 3) Providing support and advice in all technical questions during an implementation project 4) Giving daily updates on the technical direction of the project including communicating deviations in the project 5) Developing and realizing the cutover plan before going live 6) Communicating effectively with the business process team 7)Transferring knowledge effectively to employees in system administration
