Job Description:
Business Systems Analysts focus primary on individual business processes and systems throughout the Manufacturing function, however, they also may work with Sales, Finance, Marketing and other functional areas as well. We are looking for Business System Analyst with Marketing experience, candidate with SFDC experience has added advantage but not mandatory
Required:
· Experience working with IT development staff on complex projects.
· The tasks this individual is responsible are often unstructured and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.
· This individual will apply attained experiences and knowledge in solving problems that are complex in scope requiring in-depth evaluation.
· Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions.
· Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
· Strong analysis, project management, and reporting capabilities.
· Strong technical background with advanced personal computer skills including: Microsoft Project, Visio, Word and Access.
· Ability to work collaboratively and take a lead role within a team of other business systems analysts and cross functional peers to support deadlines.
· Ability to evaluate, define and prioritize projects.
· Ability to collaborate with environment manager to build a SFDC sandboxes refresh cadence.
· Strong knowledge of SFDC package deployment automation and process standardization for sandboxes refresh.
· Previous experience in IT Support and operational areas is preferable.
