Experience:

-          8-10 years of testing experience with 4-5 years' experience in leading a team

-          Client Coordination and Management

-          Managing team of 3-7 test engineers

-          Coordinating with onsite and offshore team

-          Reporting and Risk management

-          Reviewing test cases

-          Attending defect triage meetings

-          Knowledge of estimation

 

Skills

-          Good Communication and project management skills

-          Ability to grasp things faster

-          Test Design skills

-          Good Analytical skills

Knowledge of testing life cycle and defect life cycle
