Position: Windows Admin
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: Long Terms

Must Have Skills: Windows Admin
·         Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange (2010), SharePoint, System Center Operations Manager (SCOM), Internet Information Services (IIS), and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
·         Support and administration of key business proprietary and third party applications.
·         Citrix administration
·         VMWare administration
·         Manage relationships between the Server Team and application owners, hardware vendors, software vendors, and service providers.
·         Relevant experience in Microsoft systems administration; background in a medium to large scale enterprise environments preferred
·         Relevant experience implementing, supporting and administering Citrix Technologies
·         Relevant experience implementing, supporting and administering VMWare Technologies
·         Strong Intel based HP hardware support skills
·         Strong knowledge of System Center Operations Manager 2007
·         Strong knowledge of System Center Configuration Manager 2007
·         Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008 and 2008 R2
·         Administration and support of Microsoft Exchange 2010
·         Administration and support of Windows Active Directory and related technologies (Group Policy, DFS)
·         Administration and support of IIS servers
·         Experience with Microsoft Clustering Services preferred
·         Experience with roaming profiles and redirected folders preferred
·         Familiarity with Microsoft Application Virtualization technologies
·         Familiarity with banking requirements for IT preferred
