Position: CR-7: Training & Consulting Manager

Location: State College, PA

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $57,000.00+

 

US, GC, EAD

Phone + F2F

 

MUST HAVE:

·           Training/consulting experience

·           People/team management experience

·           Experience managing utilization, scheduling, time tracking, resource allocation

·           Bachelors Degree or higher

o   with courses in technical curriculum

• General knowledge of the Internet and web design trends
• Knowledge of modern business communication, including style and format of letters, memoranda, minutes, and reports
• Skill to use a personal computer and MS Office Products
• Including intermediate MS Excel skills
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems
• Exemplary communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented, particularly with respect to operations
• Self-starter. Ability to identify need for and develop processes and materials

 

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience in the K-12 sector

 

Additional Job Details

·           Travel will be required along with extensive telephone and computer work        

o   Up to 50% travel across the US

·           Office hours: Generally Monday – Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, though the nature of the role is such that it will be necessary to work outside these hours as required.

·           Main Job Responsibilities will be divided between:

o   Staff Management (currently 7 direct reports)

o   Services Development

o   Measurement & Reporting (developing/updating training & curriculums)

o   Conduct Training & Consulting Sessions (as Required)

o   Product Expertise
