Contract : 12+ Months

Experience : 8+

 

Job Description:

 

• In-depth knowledge of Solaris & Linux.

• Strong experience with system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.

•Experience with HACMP, RACOne and Sun Clustering .

• In-depth hardware configuration knowledge

• Shell programming experience

• Network experience

• Demonstrated initiative, customer orientation and team work competencies

• Ability to communicate technical issues with non-technical people

• This position will require off hours work and may involve working shift rotations

• Candidates must have experience in the following areas / technologies: designing and supporting high availability Solaris and Linux solutions; Solaris and Linux disaster recovery

• Excellent troubleshooting experience and the ability to resolve complex Solaris and Linux problems • ITSM Help Desk ticketing system experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .
