We are looking for a Sr. Java Developer to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is a Contract extendible Position based in Northbrook, IL

 

Role: Sr. Java Developer

Location: Northbrook, IL

Duration: Contract

Experience: 10+ yrs.

 

Skill: 

-          Minimum of 10 years total experience in development of Java/JEE solutions in a Websphere environment.

-          Hibernate 3, Spring/Struts 2, JPA, JMS, AJAX, JSP, JavaScripting, JSON, JQuery

-          Strong experience in developing web applications using Struts 2 / HTML5 / CSS / JQUERY / JSON

-          Heavy experience in UI and Web Services

-          Strong Technical Acumen with the ability to mentor other developers.

-          Strong communications skills.

-          Strong experience in application design, design patterns and performance tuning.

-          Strong SQL knowledge using understanding table structures PL/SQL using Oracle 11g and MS SQL Server

-          Experienced with IBM WebSphere 7.x or above (RAD / Eclipse) management and configuration.

-          Strong web service integration skills (SOAP/WSDL, REST)

-          Strong communications skills.

-          Ability to work on several projects in parallel and meet target timelines

-          Be productive in a very fast-paced environment and work well with a diverse team of technical SMEs

-          Successful history of web projects delivered.

-          Ability to clearly write technical specifications using Class and Sequences diagrams
