We need a Lead Conversion Specialist to help guide  State's conversion to a new Medicaid System who has:

·         60 months professional experience in Information Technology supporting medium to large infrastructure deployments and environments, with experience on at least 1 major systems conversion

·         48 Months of experience in Health Information Technology, including experience with X12 HIPAA-compliant transactions

·         36 Months of Experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program and/or large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems

·         36 Months of Experience with large-scale claims payment systems

·         36 Months of Experience in test case development and  end-to-end testing of data exchanges and/or system interfaces

·         48 Months of Experience in disaster recovery, capacity planning, and stress testing

·         24 Months of Experience documenting and/or specifying data interfaces and exchanges, experience troubleshooting interfaces and exchanges, and revising documentation after issues are resolved.  Some of these interfaces must include interaction with external partners.

·         36 Months of Experience with Data Communications between differing platforms or between multiple different data partners utilizing a variety of data transports, formats, protocols, and methodologies (e.g., SFTP, SSL, X12, VPNs).

·         Bachelor's Degree, or one of the following certifications: MCSE, MCSD, OCP, ICCP CDMP, CISSP, CCNP or CCNA, CCIE, PMP(please include copy of certifications/degrees)

·         12 Months of Experience as responsible lead, manager, or supervisor of a technical team of at least 3 people
