Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Memphis, TN
Duration: 12 Months

Skills Needed:
- Successful candidate will need to adapt the agile development process to a unique, startup-like environment working across multiple hardware and software development streams.
- Ability to tailor the agile process to project will be key.
- The scrum master will be doing much, if not all, of the writing of the user stories and needs to be a great communicator.
- The candidate must also be able to balance the scrum master responsibilities with the demands of producing these user stories.
- At minimum, first level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM )
- Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least one year for a software development team
- Experience with successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
- Experience applying a wide variety of techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Experience in applying Agile to hybrid software-hardware development projects Successful candidate must be able to work in a highly dynamic, cross-functional environment, interacting with hardware engineering and data analytics professionals.
- Masters degree preferred but not required
