We need a Lead Conversion Specialist to help guide NY State's conversion to a new Medicaid System who has:
Term: 24 months
Location: Albany, NY
60 months professional experience in Information Technology supporting medium to large infrastructure deployments and environments, with experience on at least 1 major systems conversion
48 Months of experience in Health Information Technology, including experience with X12 HIPAA-compliant transactions
36 Months of Experience with the Title XIX Medicaid Program and/or large-scale Medicaid Management Information Systems
36 Months of Experience with large-scale claims payment systems
36 Months of Experience in test case development and end-to-end testing of data exchanges and/or system interfaces
48 Months of Experience in disaster recovery, capacity planning, and stress testing
24 Months of Experience documenting and/or specifying data interfaces and exchanges, experience troubleshooting interfaces and exchanges, and revising documentation after issues are resolved. Some of these interfaces must include interaction with external partners.
36 Months of Experience with Data Communications between differing platforms or between multiple different data partners utilizing a variety of data transports, formats, protocols, and methodologies (e.g., SFTP, SSL, X12, VPNs).
Bachelor's Degree, or one of the following certifications: MCSE, MCSD, OCP, ICCP CDMP, CISSP, CCNP or CCNA, CCIE, PMP(please include copy of certifications/degrees)
12 Months of Experience as responsible lead, manager, or supervisor of a technical team of at least 3 people
