Job Description:

Hands on Subject Matter Expert on Remedy products
• Make necessary changes, enhancements, support and monitor Remedy products
• Report details and provide analysis 
• Responsible for supporting Configuration management processes and practices
• Collect and document application and infrastructure information for existing and new implementations
• Responsible for configuration identification, change detection, configuration status control and configuration audits.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Remedy ITSM and Atrium CMDB
• 5+ years applicable experience
