Minimum 8-10 yrs

·         Experience in Oracle Applications Testing Projects. Hands on experience in Oracle R12 Product families

·         Proficient in core ERP business processes such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Hire to Retire etc.

·         Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate solutions.

·         Negotiation, Presentation Skills. Should be apt to showcase technology depth and breadth of the organization.

·         Ability to map to the right stakeholders, multi-vendor/practice/party coordination. Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue by analyzing the as is business of the customer.

·         The candidate should be able to create Business Cases besides creating RFP and RFI responses.

The candidate should be able to lead Proof of Concept teams to define and prove the benefits of the new solution suggested. Expected to present technical solutions to customer and explain the benefits of one solution o
