Job Title: Java Release Engineer
Location: CA
Duration: 6 months plus
Position Type: Contract, Onsite role

* New project setup (standard JIRA/SVN/Jenkins)
* Custom JIRA workflow projects
* Software upgrades (Atlassian Products, Jenkins, Subversion)
* Proactive maintenance support (backups, DB/OS patching, etc.)
* Audit & Risk Remediation
* SCRM Disaster Recovery Testing
* Source Code Repository Architecture
* JIRA & Atlassian tool Architecture
* Problem & Incident Resolution
* Root cause analysis
* Fix & Test
* Implement resolution
* Updates to process/policy docs
* Version Control
* Troubleshoot branch or merge issues
* Create new repositories
* Modify repository structures
* Software Build & Deployment (including Automation)
* Build & Deployment Automation
* Identify jobs for automation
* Test & Deploy
* Release Management
* Define platform specific release schedules (non-production)
* Define release scope
