Communication and Branding PM
The communication and branding position provides leadership and support for divisional leadership, staff members, and project teams. Proactively leads development of annual communication plans in partnership with corporate communications to internal and external audiences that achieve business goals and build understanding to support with the company's values, objectives and actions. Responsible for leading communication, planning and development, including review of divisional project communications. Assesses communication effectiveness and applies lessons learned to strengthen future communications.
Communication Planning and Execution
- Leads development and execution of internal client communication plans that support corporate and divisional goals, striving to achieve audience understanding, support and alignment of behaviors to achieve those goals.
- Leads development and execution of communication plans for major projects, including large cross-divisional initiatives. When appropriate, includes goals and strategies in the plans that foster acceptance of major change.
- Pursues innovative communication solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.
Brand Integration
- Applies brand/design standards in alignment with corporate brand to all creative content. Builds brand equity through the development of unique, memorable and identifiable messages and images. Communicates consistent brand messages to all target audiences.
- Plays an active role in communicating our brand in cross-divisional settings to support the development of a strong and consistent brand message.
- Provides input on brand development projects.
- Uses knowledge and understanding of compliance standards to ensure that all advertising material is in compliance with company and industry advertising rules and regulations.
- Obtains copy approval from line technical experts, legal, claims, and other subject matter experts to ensure all corporate advertising and marketing material is compliant, ethical and appropriate.
- Maintains files documenting the creative and copy approval process associated with the development or revision of any creative material.
