Technical Project Manager(Government experience is a plus)

Location: Annapolis, MD

Duration: 5 years

F2F is a must.

We need a Technical Project Manager with the following experience:

·At least seven (7) years of experience in IT Project Management in the area of application development or COTS implementation.

·At least five (5) years of experience in all of the following skill areas: Data Analysis, System interface Analysis, Systems Architecture, RFP development, proposal analysis.

·At least five (5) years of experience in Technical/Functional Requirements Analysis.

·Current Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Technical Project Manager 

.Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Project Management, Business, or related field of study.

·Previous experience working with IBM Rational or similar project life cycle tools.

·Previous experience with Budgeting or Financial systems.

·Previous experience with State Government or Higher Education.

ID#	Duties / Responsibilities
1	Lead effort to detail current system and non-system data Interfaces.
2	Lead effort to detail future system and non-system data Interfaces.
3	Develop or lead development of Technical Requirements Document, Section 3– Operational Requirements.
4	Develop or lead development of Reports, Interfaces, Configurations, Enhancements and Workflows (RICE-W) matrices
5	Support the development of all DoIT documents and Artifacts required producing and publishing an RFP for the acquisition of a technical system solution.
6	Support the development of all DoIT documents and Artifacts required producing and publishing an RFP for the acquisition of an implementation partner.
7	Lead, participate in, or over see other activities and duties in support of the project as necessary and as directed by the TO Manager, Program Manager or other senior project staff.
8	Exercise full use of IBM Rational CLM tools to perform All project functions related to Requirements Analysis, Traceability and Verification, Project Planning and Reporting, and Testing and Verification as it applies to assigned tasks and responsibilities.
9	Coordinate all project and task activities and status with TO Manager, Program Manager or other senior project staff as directed.
