Position: Mobile Web Developer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration: 6 Months+

Rate: Open

Minimum Requirements:

- Experience in web design and development, system design, or closely related experience.

- Experience in software design and analysis.

- Ability to design, schedule, test and install mobile Web pages.

- Ability to lead a design and development team.

- Ability to implement and deploy a quality mobile experience.

- Experience creating storyboards and prototypes demonstrating the look and feel of an application.

- Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies.

- Knowledge of multi-user and cross-platform architectures.

- Knowledge of user interface principles across multiple platforms and cross-browser compatibility.

- Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems and the techniques used in the design of mobile applications.

- Ability to work in a team environment and independently.

- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.

- Ability to establish and maintain effective and professional working relationships with others at all times in the course and scope of conducting business.

- Ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in a rapidly changing environment.

- Skill in problem solving, analysis, planning and managing special projects .

- Skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy; managing work time efficiently in order to complete .assignments in a deadline-oriented environment.

- Skill in effective oral and written communication.

- Mobile application design and development.

- Experience with JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS.

- Experience with RSA, RAD or Eclipse development environment.

- Experience in Responsive Web Design.

- Experience developing portlets for WebSphere Portal 8 or 8.5.

- Experience with Texas Child Support Program.

- Experience with Texas Child Support Enforcement System.
