Consultant needs to be skilled in Java Server Page (JSP) development and have experience with multiple front-end Java frameworks (i.e. Struts, Webwork, MVC, Spring MVC).
Consultant needs to understand HTML5 and CSS3 as well as JavaScript interaction with the DOM. (front end stuff)

Must know HTML5, CSS3, Java Script, ASP.Net., Visual Studio 2012, jQuery, JSON
