Position Summary:
Performs monthly financial analysis for the client's Information Technology departments.Participates in the annual preparation of operating and capital budgets. Coordinates the processing of employee requisitions and acts as a budget liaison with Directors and assistants.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's Service Standards and incorporates them into the performance of duties.
2. Compiles and analyzes financial information for all components of the IT organization
3. Coordinates, compiles, and analyzes e - Finance for IT and its component units utilizing spreadsheet and database applications.
4. Collaborates with IT management and coordinates reporting of the organization to ensure conformity with fiscal policy & procedures.
5. Maintains detailed analysis and reports to management regarding all IT Capital initiatives.
6. Reviews and ensures purchase requisitions are properly accounted for within the approved operating and capital budgets.
7. Maintains detailed account analysis covering software fee schedules and consulting fees for the Hospital and SoM.
8. Provides coordination to various technical & administrative personnel engaged in specific project activities.
9. Performs miscellaneous job related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years relevant work experience or an equivalent combination.
Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess strong customer service and problem solving skill sets
