Job Title:  IBM BPM Developer

Location:  Minneapolis, MN 

Duration: 6 months Contract

Required background:

Bachelor or Graduate degree or foreign equivalent required. 

At least 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM IID(WPS) and IBM ODM (iLog) technologies

Preferred

JAVA development background.

At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle. 

At least 1 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

Exposure to design activities.

Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

High Analytical skills 

Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

High customer orientation

A high degree of initiative and flexibility
