Role – IBM BPM Developer

Location – Minneapolis, MN USA

Duration:6+ Months

 

Job Description

In the role of IBM BPM Developer, you be

•           You will also be involved in the high quality development and configuration and test support of the overall solution.

•           You will be involved in defect fixes during warranty and testing phases

•           You will be involved in requirements understanding and design phase.

•           You will be involved in coordination with offshore development team members on deliverables, reviews and solutioning.

•           You will be involved in development of frameworks and unit testing

Basic

•           Bachelor or Graduate degree or foreign equivalent required.

•           At least 4 years of IT experience with at least 2 years of experience in IBM BPM (Lombardi), IBM IID(WPS) and IBM ODM (iLog) technologies

 

Preferred

v  JAVA development background.

v  At least 3 years of experience in software development life cycle.

v  At least 1 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.

v  Exposure to design activities.

v  Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

v  High Analytical skills

v  Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

v  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

v  High customer orientation

v  A high degree of initiative and flexibility
