Duration: 6 months
Responsibilities:
Substantially contribute to the development efforts for a product through the entire software development lifecycle - including the User Interface, development and QA.
Exercise judgment within generally defined best practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for providing solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and sustain product through lifecycle.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
Self motivated, able to work with little supervision
Strong drive for quality along with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
Minimum 5-7 years work experience in the industry
Experience with Microsoft development products (ASP.NET MVC - proficient , WPF - competent, WCF - competent)
Understanding of web technologies (HTML 5 - proficient, JQuery - proficient, JQuery Mobile - proficient, Bookstrap - competent, knockout - competent)
Understands advanced software engineering concepts and techniques: SOLID and design patterns (e.g. IoC).
Demonstrated experience with Device Integration (COM Port)
Experience with WIX or InstallShield a plus
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve problems with complex systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and scope to ensure timely project completion.
Familiarity with Agile development practice helpful, but not required.
BS CS or equivalent experience.
