Job Description:
Cisco Wireless Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
- High degree of proficiency in Cisco Wireless controllers, authentication, supplicants, troubleshooting, and clients.
- Ability to import maps into Cisco Prime.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot access points.
- Experience with predictive surveys.
- Provides functional and empirical analysis related to the planning, design, installation, and implementation of the network infrastructure.
- Plans and develops the detailed engineering, design and implementation of the client's network environment.
- Plans and performs upgrades of network systems hardware and support systems in accordance with ITIL best practices.
- Responsible for network systems projects that range from medium to large in scope, risk and impact.
- Leads and facilitates strategic projects involved in evaluating and researching new and existing products, procedures and/or workflows needs associated with network systems for the company.
