Roles and Responsibilities: 

Schedules and facilitates all scrum related meetings

Facilitate seamless collaboration across multiple technical and non-technical teams

Maintains sprint burndown chart & all project/team level reporting as needed including monitoring team velocity

Removes obstacles and impediments to clear the path for the scrum team

Helps stabilize and increase team velocity/productivity

Schedules and facilitates scrum of scrum meeting (as needed) to focus on integration and end to end testing

Works with product owners on capacity planning

Ensures smooth communication with the scrum team and other cross-functional teams

Facilitates cross-functional meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed

Does everything possible to achieve sprint goals and timely finish of assign project

Helps with E2E (end to end) or UAT (user acceptance testing) as needed

Nice to Have:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Prior experience in development or Quality Testing

Skill Description Mandatory (Yes / No):

7-10 years of industry experience (Web/Application Development, Quality Testing, Database Management) - Yes

Highly motivated and self-driven individual, who can motivate scrum team members with his energy and attitude. - Yes

Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects - Yes

Must be hands-on and able to perform E2E (end to end) or UAT (user acceptance testing) as needed - Yes

Ability to understand architecture at a product/project level - Yes

Have done bug tracking, Project Management/Agile/Scrum using Rally tools (JIRA, GreenHopper, etc) or other similar tools - Yes

Working knowledge of Telecom Industry, Networks, Provisioning, and OSS Infrastructure - Yes

Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills - Yes

Thorough understanding of SDLC process and Agile Methodology - Yes
