| Responsibilities | · Serve as a team lead role for small to medium efforts or manage phases of medium to large efforts. · Formulates and defines system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to design, develop, modify, or integrate complex information systems · Works with the project management office and other IS areas to coordinate all facets of project delivery. · Enhances the design of current systems to improve system capabilities to meet the changing needs of the business. · Works with business users or business systems analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications · Conducts presentations to provide end users with knowledge to maximize their use of developed systems. · Coordinates work assignments and verify results of applications systems analysis and programming personnel. · Regularly provides guidance and training to team and less-experienced analysts/programmers. |
| Required Skills | · Experience with Workday, Oracle PeopleSoft or other ERP system implementation and/or support is a plus · Includes knowledge of applying tax updates and PeopleSoft patches · More than 7 years of experience in a team lead role with experience leading a Java development team of 4-6 developers; knowledge of Java web services and integration patterns required · Other integrations with 3rd parties or internal systems a plus including backend databases and services or component interfaces · Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate technical and/or complex concepts into information meaningful to team members and/or business personnel · Excellent communication skills required |
