Job: Senior - Lead SalesForce Developer
Location: Denver,CO
Duration: 2+ Months contract
They have to have more than 5 years experience.
This is what they are looking for:
We are seeking 2 talented Salesforce.com Developer who has strong development skills in Apex, VisualForce, and general Salesforce.com development.
Developer will work on existing and new salesforce.com projects. Projects will include custom VisualForce page development. We are looking for someone who is technically skilled, good with customers (and co-workers of course) and can be productive and stay focused on project requirements with minimal supervision.
They would like someone who has 6+ years of Salesforce.com development.
If they have Salesforce.com certifications that is a bonus!
Required Skills:
Salesforce application development experience (Apex and VisualForce)
Solid project and time management practices
General web development experience with HTML, Javascript, and common web services are a plus
Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Highly self motivated and directed
The Sr. Software Developer is part of a team of full time employees and consulting resources that are the driving force of innovation for the Salesforce environment. The team is divided into multiple Scrum teams that work closely with product owners and Scrum Masters to build amazing platform features and functions to help our business grow. Your job as a Sr. Software Developer is to build Visualforce and Apex solutions as part of this team.
Major Responsibilities:
Participate in software development on the Salesforce.com platform using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Translate simple to complex user stories into functional and actionable software within the Salesforce environment.
Be a master of balancing your availability to stakeholders for day to day activities and bringing new and innovative solutions to the team.
Ensure that solutions are high quality and tuned for optimum performance.
Attributes:
Self-starter, "can-do" attitude a must in a fast-moving business and technical environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to both IT and business partners and leaders.
Experience/ knowledge of Agile development processes.
Preferred Requirements:
Salesforce Developer Certification.
Experience building or consuming web services with Apex.
Experience using Git/Github.
Experience in the Telecommunications Industry
