12+ Years experience At least 5 to 7 years experience of managing one or multiple teams.
In depth experience in managing Software product engineering projects 10+ years Enterprise Java Development experience
Excellent Project Management experience required
Experience leading multiple teams/projects in onsite-offshore delivery model
Good understanding of change management and service management process
Experience in different SDLC, process maturity models
Working experience with Agile methodology is a plus
Excellent Written and communication skills
Role, responsibilities and qualifications required for this position :
Need to be Hands on in Java; J2EE; Portlest, JavaScript; SPRING MVC; Web services; Websphere; XML; HTML; Struts; Oracle; DB2 Ability to use a variety of tools is required from the following: RAD, Eclipse, SVN, Ant, Tomcat, Apache Web Server, Maven, Sonar and Jenkins
