Interview process (i.e., phone screen, Client in person):
Phone screen followed by In-person. There will also be an interview from the client-side.
Business analyst
· 4 or more years of mortgage banking and/or lending experience, especially within operations management, underwriting, or loan origination system administration required at financial services firms
· 4 or more years as a business analyst preferred
· Must have experience developing and detailing software product requirements
· Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, quality assurance, support, marketing and sales
· Flexible and able to adapt within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Bachelors degree in business, computer science, or an engineering discipline required
