Java Developer with Production Support

Job Description:
· Will be involved in Production support activities along with production defect fixes which includes design, testing, documenting (Design and Migration Documents) and migration.
· Work directly with the system end-users, business analysts and technical staff to translate complex information requirements into effective reporting solutions.
· SDLC deliverables: provide input into all project artifacts, including user/business requirements, functional and design specifications, Etc.
· Work with offshore counterparts and provide guidance and review of work products and successfully implement required changes to production.
Skills that are "Must Haves":
1. Minimum 6 years of experience with software development life-cycle (SDLC)/Production support
2. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
3. Java/J2EE
4. Excellent verbal and written communication and should be good in reporting the status effectively to customer Oral/Verbal.
5. Ability to multi task and Onshore-offshore work model experience
6. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple team to resolve critical issues in less turnaround time
7. Clear understanding of Production support process
Skills that are "Nice to Haves":
· Good to have Healthcare Domain experience
