Job Description –

Role - SABA LMS Production support executive

Hands on technical experience in handling production support cases

Experience in SABA Learning Management tools is must

Experience in Remedy tool and Incident/Problem and Change management process

ITIL Process knowledge

 

Desirable Technical Skills - Java/J2EE, Oracle, PL/SQL

Desirable Functional Skills - SABA Learning domain experience

Good communication skills and client facing skills
