Top Requirements:

1. Strong java programming skills, backend unit testing and automation

2. Understanding of software cycle life

3. Good communication skills

 

Preferred:

Strong communication and basic logical thinking is great.

The top requirement preferably is that they are from a good university educational background. More than years of experience, this matters.

 

Typical Workday:

Participate in design of features, work with developers in coming up with test scenarios, unit tests.

Write Functional test automation. Troubleshoot test automation failures and user bug reports.

 

Previous Background/experience:

A. any top Tech Company

Or from roles that needed mobile software development and testing.

Or Webdriver automation.

For candidates from good universities, just good communication and basic tech fundamentals is enough. We will train.
