Position: Salesforce Support Analyst
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Boston, MA
In-person interview after phone
Salesforce Support Analyst who will be responsible for day-to-day administration and end-user support. They will have opportunity to further learn and build the knowledge and experience around Salesforce.com. The role will report to the regional CRM Analytics manager based in Boston office and become a part of the global CRM Support & Analytics team
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily administration and support to the Intermediary Business North America regional Sales and Marketing teams using Salesforce CRM solution
- Liaise with business champions to determine solutions & timeframes required
- Assist with Salesforce1 Mobile Integration and Management and other technical solutions i.e. outlook integration with CRM.
- Maintain a high quality of work, including documentation and unit testing
The successful applicant's competencies:
- Have at least 3-year experience with Salesforce as a user and administrator and ideally completed the Salesforce administration course
- Previous Salesforce administration experience in a financial industry a plus
- Excellent written & verbal skills
- Ability to work within a global team
- Ability to learn new processes quickly and work independently
