Role 1: Business Process Analyst

Location: Akron, OH

Reporting to a North American Global Process and Tools Team Leader, the Business Process Senior Analyst provides coordination, governance, and supports the management of IT processes and procedures. The Analyst must be able to think conceptually about IT processes and communicate those ideas to their stakeholder community. The Analyst must support all phases of the process lifecycle including: process evaluation; the development of executable and sustainable supporting procedures; the development and facilitation of end user training and deployment plans; and on-going process management and end user support.  Additionally, the Analyst will assist in driving adoption and promoting the evolution and maturity of IT processes, which could include the configuration and administration of the tool(s) to manage, integrate, and achieve process efficiencies.   The Analyst must have a desire to further process and technical skills by working with more experienced members of the organization.

Primary responsibilities:

- Work closely with other members of the organization to ensure that established processes and methodologies are followed for ITIL Change and Release management.
- Assist with compliance activities as requested.
- Provide procedural management and support, including tool configuration and administration as necessary
- Maintain and report process management performance statistics.
- Identify issues and recommend solutions required to implement and improve the processes and/or process integration.
- Provide end user support and training as needed.
- Write and maintain all documentation supporting primary area of responsibility. This documentation may serve as input for management presentations or as training material for stakeholder community.

Required Experience:
• Working knowledge and experience in the IT field including a fundamental understanding of the ITIL framework, IT System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and IT General Controls (ITGC)
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems: Microsoft Office Products (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Good communication skills; builds rapport. Teaches others; employs effective listening techniques
• Creates relationships with new acquaintances quickly and confidently; works to build trust and partner with stakeholders; successfully manages both internal and external relationships

Education:
• Bachelor's Degree in related discipline in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or related discipline is required.

• This position interacts with both technical and non-information technology areas to facilitate the process and procedure execution.

• Competent using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Role 2: Immediate Need Oracle DBA - Chicago, IL(LOCAL) - 12+ Months with extension

Job Description:
Acts as a source of direction, training and guidance for less experienced staff. At least 7 years of Oracle DBA, OCP is preferred, Exadata and GoldenGate experience is a must.
This position applies to Oracle databases running on the Linux OS and Exadata. The candidate is viewed as an expert in database analysis and development.
Undertakes complex database projects requiring additional specialized technical knowledge. Makes well-thought-out decisions on complex or ambiguous database issues. Coordinates with users to determine requirements.
Ensures that database changes are successfully implemented and verified. Establishes and communicates common database goals and directions for the project team.

Role 3: Need Test Lead - Integration Tester - Phoenix, AZ - 6+ Months with extension

Role 4: Mainframe Tester - Phoenix, AZ - 6+ Months with extension

Test Lead with 5+ years of experience in Mainframes Testing both manual and automated using QTP.


Role 5: 

Job Title: Audit Manager
Location: NJ

Job Description:
Participating in an audit with focus on compliance with US Heightened Expectations and in addition we will include Sox controls for Retail Credit Collective Impairment. Looking for candidates with Retail Credit experience and or specifically somebody with Retail ALLL experience. A knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards would be beneficial. The audit would be led by an Internal Audit manager and therefore the candidates would be expected to support the audit and conduct testing in the areas outlined above.

The nature of the request is ultimately to ensure audit has the consultant experts to meet our regulatory obligations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of US AML compliance experience
- 1+ years of audit experience as a regulator, internal auditor, etc. - Experience working under tight time frames where quality is of paramount importance
- Ability to clearly articulate concerns and issues, both verbally and in writing
- MS Word and MS Excel proficient
- CAMS or CRCM certification preferred
- Familiar with OCC and/or FRB regulatory expectations
- Bright, energetic, self-starter, and self-motivated approach, methodology, test steps, work papers, findings, reports and other pertinent information
• Review relevant AML policies and procedures
• Conduct interviews and process walk-throughs.
• Determine the scope of activities to be performed by candidate
• Determine whether the candidates work is sufficient and appropriate for your needs
• Assume sole responsibility for candidates work product.
