We are seeking a SalesForce SME for our client in Austin TX, candidate must have deployment and integration experience as he/she will lead these SF projects for our client. The Salesforce.com SME will have strong business interaction and development skills to join their team on a 3 month+ contract basis.
The successful candidate will act as an SME, utilizing the tool to solve business challenges. Working with Business groups, will develop solutions to maximize the groups business capabilities and provide guidance as to the tools use. Successful candidate will offer solid Project Management skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
The Salesforce.com SME will primarily be responsibility for business solutions architecture, strategy, and products that utilize the Salesforce.com CRM platform in multiple areas of the company's business. This position partners with business divisions, functions, IT, and third parties to design and develop solutions which will be leveraged across the organization and integrated with other corporate divisions to enable business increased capabilities and value.
Salesforce.com SME overall responsibilities:
· Able to demonstrate a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and also understand how to implement change effectively using both business processes and development methodologies.
· Act as Salesforce SME, directly responsible to multiple businesses in leading the analysis, design, development, and implementation of CRM applications.
· Work closely with the business and functional teams to determine capability needs and architect solutions (end-to-end)
· Strong architect who has been involved in many implementations in the past.
· Strong technical abilities on the Salesforce platform with experience in leading Salesforce development teams.
· Must demonstrate clear and effective communication and have a proven track record in working successfully with a wide range of professionals outside of IT to deliver the best possible business outcomes.
· Ability to liaison with the business and help the business analyst team develop technical specifications and requirements documentation.
· Strong skillset around defining high-level business process changes working directly with executives and giving high-level presentations and proposals to increase revenue and strategizing "CRM" at the national level.
· History of development with experience in SFDC Administration essential.
Salesforce.com SME Requirements:
· 7+ years of experience in architecting Salesforce solutions including large complex implementations
· 5+ years of experience leading teams and coaching team members
· Multiple implementations in a managerial position utilizing a structured management methodology, from strategy through implementation
· Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Developer (DEV401) and Advanced Developer (Dev 501) desired
· Consulting (implementation expert) certification in specific cloud areas (Sales, Services, etc.) or Technical Architect certification is desired
· Demonstrated track record in leading teams in delivery of business driven solutions utilizing the salesforce product suite including understanding and implementing business process change using technology as a strategic enabler.
