Skills Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience including coursework in computer science is desirable.

5+ years of experience supporting SQL Server environments. 

Must be able to demonstrate strong technical skills in the use of the components of SQL Server and troubleshooting SQL Server issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.  

Ability to work independently, set priorities and work off-hours, as needed, to support maintenance windows. 

Experience with VMWare strongly preferred but not required.

Experience with SSIS and/or SSRS preferred but not required.

Microsoft Certified Associate or Expert in SQL Server preferred but not required.
