Job Title: Sr. SNOW Developer and Implementation Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6+ Months
Requirement:
• Minimum of 4-6 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, configuration and implementations/migrations
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator and Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist preferred
• A strong background in Enterprise Application Development and requirements gathering experience
• Experience implementing and supporting the following in ServiceNow: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Service Catalog, Asset Management, etc.
• Ability to work with Java and JavaScript, MySQL and agile development environment
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling
• Experience with web application development with Java based server environments such as Apache Tomcat
• Familiarity with JavaScript, JSON, AJAX, CSS, XHTML and XML
• Previous experience of working in a SCRUM environment
Role – the candidate will be able to:
• Design and configure the ServiceNow platform to fulfill business requirements and adhere to best practices
• Provide guidance and solution recommendations to team of 8-12 ServiceNow developers and business analysts
• Work closely with business users, clients and internal project teams to ensure accurate status reporting and timeline adherence
• Educate clients and negotiate the right technical solutions
