Title:   Performance Tester with Selenium

Location: Sunrise FL

Duration: 12+ Months (High Chances of Extensions)

MUST have Microsoft Testing expertise and relevant tools 

TFS, Visual Studio (2012), Test Manager; Stress/Load/Capacity/etc. ; these are for Web based applications.

Experience

• 4+ years planning, scripting, executing and monitoring performance testing activities

• Plan and execute test strategies to validate system performance, capacity, stability and scalability

• Design, develop and maintain performance test plans, cases, scenarios, and scripts that meet the performance test objectives

• Perform test execution, monitoring, diagnostics, analysis, tuning and reporting of results to identify and troubleshoot system performance issues and bottlenecks

• Design and develop test data strategies to drive workloads for performance test

• Design and develop automated performance test framework

• Develop and maintain system performance models

• Elicit performance requirements and determine workload and usage models

• Contribute to the development of performance test objectives and performance related requirements

• Support the preparation of performance test environment and infrastructure

• Benchmark system performance and evaluate alternate hardware and software architectures

• Preferable with experience in the Health care industry (Billing)

• TFS and Visual studio experience

• .NET experience

• Design and execute SOA services functional tests

• Knowledge in TFS/Test Manager/Visual Studio (2010 or higher, preferably 2013)

• Programming concepts including test scripting and web server

Knowledge

• Some Cloud performance testing (Preferably Windows Azure)

• .NET applications using Visual Studio 2010 (20102) web load test

• C# and Ajax experience

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, software engineering processes, test processes, operating systems and architectures

• Excellent knowledge of performance engineering, testing methodology, and experience with performance testing and monitoring tools

• Strong problem solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Server monitoring tools such as Sitescope, Splunk, or New Relic to analyze and report on relevant performance metrics.\
