Job Description

·        MUST have experience Leading a SAP SuccessFactors implementation including configuration, migration, integration, reporting and testing.

·        MUST have experience with SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) module.

·        Provide leadership for coordinating all technical workstreams & be the point of escalation for technical issues, to delivery teams, which will be a combination of Internal resources, system integrator resources, and (potentially) SAP SuccessFactors resources (i.e.  identify resources, deliverables, durations and dependencies, but also help resolve project issues and risks in a timely fashion)

·        Life Sciences / Pharma industry experience is a PLUS.
